Dr. Swift was born in Malibu, California and he enjoyed life at the beach until he was 13 years old. After his 13th birthday, his family moved to Utah and he attended junior high and high school in the Salt Lake City area. After graduating high school Dr. Swift moved back to Southern California. After College he ended up studying chiropractic at the Cleveland College of Chiropractic in Los Angeles, California. (the Cleveland Chiropractic College has a rich history in the profession of chiropractic as is regarded by many as one of the best schools in the nation) Dr. Tim began practicing in San Clemente in the beginning of 2001, taking over the existing practice of another chiropractor. He lives in the area with his wife Stephanie, his son Mason, and his daughter Marlee.

Dr. Swift practices a number of chiropractic techniques but he specializes in a technique known as Gonstead. The Gonstead chiropractic technique is a methodology that is based on solid scientific research and results. Doctor Swift has found that the specificity of the Gonstead technique has allowed him to handle many chronic and difficult cases, resulting in great results, even when other treatments may have failed.

February 2007 marks the five-year anniversary for a fantastic chiropractic office in Huntington Beach, California.

17th Street Chiropractic opened their doors five years ago this February. When the office first opened, there was one adjusting table, a single phone line, an x-ray machine, any big vision of bringing exceptional chiropractic care to the local residents of the Huntington Beach area.

From simple beginnings the local HB office has grown to be a premier chiropractic center and they have since added services that assist to rehabilitate the spine. In March of 2007 the office will begin a build-out process on the adjacent suite because 17th Street Chiropractic is expanding.

Millions of people worldwide will be tuning in this weekend to watch SuperBowl XLI. The matchup this year features the Chicago Bears and the Indianapolis Colts. The game will be hosted at Dolphin Stadium in Miami, Florida.

Super Bowl XLI is just a week away and the excitement is growing. Both the Chicago Bears and the Indianapolis Colts have been preparing in order to be in the best shape possible for the big Sunday event, the championship game of the National Football League (NFL).

Maybe this year we’ll see more chiropractic care shown on national television, as professional football players receive adjustments on the sidelines before and even during the game.

It wouldn’t be the first time. Terrell Owens reportedly brought his chiropractor along with him to Jacksonville, Florida, for Super Bowl XXXIX, when the NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles met the AFC champion New England Patriots.

In the 1990s, Joe Montana of the San Francisco 49ers, was receiving chiropractic care before the big game and it was broadcast on national television. NFL superstar Emmitt Smith continues to talk about the benefits of chiropractic care and was recently seen receiving a chiropractic adjustment while preparing for a salsa dance on the television show “Dancing with the Stars.” He spoke highly of chiropractic, and he won the show.

GoDaddy Super Bowl girl Candace Michelle (wife of West Los Angeles chiropractor) may or may not be seen during Super Bowl XLI. The commercials submitted by the registrar Web company have yet to be approved for national television broadcast. GoDaddy has been making some pretty funny commercials lately (”now I’m going to do your mother”) but we’ll see which ones get past the review boards and actually make it onto television screens.
